Our latest advice on how to avoid prior approval delay when using eDental.
When evidence has been submitted using the attachment upload facility, or sent in as physical evidence, you must advise us of what has been sent, for example physical or electronic evidence.
You can do this by updating the prior approval request on your PMS or the web form to indicate the evidence has been submitted, and re-submitting the claim.
You must do this within 28 days. If you don't, you will receive one reminder to do so, after which you have 14 days before the case is closed.
Remember that you won't you receive an email prompt. You must log in to check the status of your prior approval request.
