NHS National Services Scotland is proud to continue its support of the annual NHSScotland Event taking place today and tomorrow at the Scottish Event Campus (SEC), Glasgow.
The event showcases some of the fantastic work going on across the country to deliver the best possible health and care outcomes for the people of Scotland.
Mary Morgan, Deputy Chief Executive NHS National Services Scotland, said: “I am always proud of the contribution that NSS makes to the delivery of health and care services - locally, regionally and nationally.
“NSS will be showcasing the diverse range of national solutions we provide to health and care at the event. We also have the dedicated Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service (SNBTS) mobile unit at the event, giving delegates a chance to give blood. So please make sure you come and pay us a visit, meet some of our clinical team and book your appointment to donate.
“Throughout 2019, we will continue to focus on underpinning health and social care in Scotland by delivering excellent services, while supporting and enabling service transformation. This will include a focus on innovation and using digital technology to help improve service delivery for our stakeholders.
“The key to our success is collaborating with our partners and customers across health and care. This will help to ensure that the benefits we achieve through our national infrastructure reach local frontline services and help improve outcomes for the people of Scotland.”
