Facility Time Publishing Requirements

As per The Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017 which came into force on 1 April 2017, NHS National Services Scotland have a legislative requirement to collate and publish online a range of data on the amount and cost of facility time before 31 July each year.

This information is the first dataset due to be published by 31 July 2018 and is based on the period 1 April 2017 to 31 March 2018, however it should be noted that we are unable to categorise the information required further.
