The National Infrastructure team provide service management, contract management, technical consultancy, operational trouble-shooting, coordination of roll-out projects and general advice for these service areas:

  • Scottish Wide Area Network (SWAN)
  • Local Area Networks
  • Voice, Video and mobile services
  • NHS Mail (unified communications and identity management)
  • Digital Security – managing cyber security risks and keeping NHS Scotland systems and data secure
