Claiming allowances requires the completion of a claim form.

The claim forms for Clinical audit allowance and Recruitment and retention allowance can only be obtained from your local NHS Board. 

The claim form for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) allowance is only available from NHS Education for Scotland (NES) postgraduate centres.
