Gaining access

The owner of the pharmacy needs to make contact with the ePharmacy Helpdesk to request a user access form.  Once you receive it, you must complete and sign it and then return it back to the ePharmacy Helpdesk by email to nss.psdhelp@nhs.scot

Once a user account has been set up for you, you will recieve a username and password by email within 28 days.

We'll also email you our online reporting user guide which will help you get started.

Business Objects (BI4)

Once you have an online reporting log in, you can access Business Objects.

You must have a SWAN connection to access the system.
